There is no obligation to rent with Luxury Riviera Rentals, and we are happy to give you an estimation of rental value and the periods that you should be able to rent the property.

When we agree a price with the prospective tenant, we will prepare the contracts (in French or English, or both depending on yours and the clients request) and ask both the tenant and yourself to sign it. It is stated in the contract that the reservation deposit of 40% of the rent is to be sent within 5 business days of the contact signing. If this is not respected, you are free to accept other offers.

The funds are transferred into your bank account upon reception into the Account of Luxury Riviera Rentals.

The remaining 60% is paid two months before the arrival date.

Property Management

As many foreign owners only use their properties on a short term basis, Luxury Riviera Rentals offer a Property Management Service which allows the owners to be stress free while away from home.

We have a full team of maintenance men including :drivers,gardeners, plumbers, electricians, handy men, along with a bill paying service.

A taylor made service is drawn up for each property, as people require difference services depending on their French speaking abilities and time spent in their home. Please contact us for more information.
